“We had a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to any competitive team (actually already have). We, the coaches and the players, all thought it was well worth our time — and that is saying a lot since I gave up a practice for doing it.”

– Mike O’Brien, Coach, McLean HS Girls Varsity Basketball

Mason’s Center for Outdoor Experiential Learning offers a new program specifically for the highly competitive sports team. The “WinningEDGE” program is uniquely designed to help your team unlock its fullest potential by developing and fostering a championship mentality that can be translated to and positively affect overall team performance.

  • Solving group conflicts
  • Find their vision and set goals

Programs can be tailored to your team’s individual needs.
